These terms govern your use of the Nuvra website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order with us or browsing this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
1. Who we are
Nuvra ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based wellness brand selling food supplements. Contact: hello@nuvra.com.
2. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and ordering for delivery within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices and product details may change at any time without notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and ingredient information are accurate, but we do not warrant that the content is error-free.
4. Health and supplement information
Our products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or have a medical condition, consult your GP before taking any supplement. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.
Always read the label and follow the recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the stated dose.
5. Orders and contracts
Placing an order is an offer to buy from us. We accept your offer when we email you an order confirmation; that creates a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability or breach of these terms. If we cancel, we will refund any payment in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments / Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely; we never see or store your full card details.
7. Shipping
Free standard shipping within the United Kingdom on every order. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days from our UK warehouse and arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch via tracked delivery. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you once you (or someone you authorise) take physical possession of the goods.
8. Returns and refunds
Our full Refund & Returns Policy applies. In summary: 14-day return window on unopened bottles in saleable condition; replacements or refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect items; nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video and code — is owned by Nuvra or our licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (including reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use) requires our prior written permission.
KSM-66® is a registered trademark of Ixoreal Biomed Inc. and is used here in accordance with its supplier permissions.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site:
- In any way that breaches applicable UK or international law
- To send, knowingly receive, upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable
- To impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- To use automated means to scrape, copy, or otherwise extract content
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Nuvra harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our products.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, transport disruption, supplier failure, war or pandemic.
14. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance.
