Where we ship

Nuvra currently ships within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). International shipping (EU and US) is on our roadmap — join our mailing list to be notified.

Cost

Free standard shipping on every UK order, no minimum spend.

Processing and delivery times

  • Processing: typically within 3 working days of order placement (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch via tracked delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent courier).
  • Total time from order to door: typically 4–8 working days.

Estimated times are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier delays, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Failed delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver to the address you provided and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (which may incur a small re-shipping fee) or to issue a refund (net of any non-recoverable shipping costs).

Lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at hello@nuvra.com. We will investigate with the courier and either reship your order or issue a refund, in line with the courier's lost-parcel timelines.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at hello@nuvra.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Address accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details. If you spot an error, email us immediately at hello@nuvra.com — if the parcel hasn't yet been dispatched we'll do our best to amend it.
